All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro plan access. No credit card is required. You will never be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial period ends.
Nexova AI is a subscription-based service. Because you have immediate access to the platform upon subscribing, we generally do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances described below.
The platform was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period due to our technical issues.
You changed your mind after subscribing and have already used the platform.
You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error.
You subscribed and used the service, then cancelled before the billing period ended.
You were charged the incorrect amount due to a pricing display error on our website.
You are dissatisfied with the quality of AI-generated content but have not contacted support for assistance.
For annual subscriptions, we offer a prorated refund for unused complete months if you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal date and have not significantly used the service during that period. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
